News from my Basel friend

A friend in Basel is going to hook us up with his place. He and his wife were planning on moving because they just had a baby and the current place is too small for them.
This is his description:
In total approximately 100 sq. meters surface
One big dining/living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 office, big kitchen, rather small bathroom. In the center of Klein-Basel (the Messe side of the Rhine), 100 meters to the Rhine, ancient quarter - the house was built in the 16th century (maybe even 15th). The apartment is very charming - but not modern. An own tumbler / washing machine in the kitchen, dishwasher too. Old and very nice parquet in all rooms, unfortunately no balcony. Shopping at 200 m, Cable TV with german, french and some english channels.
Yay! As long as Mo is allowed - then I'm there. It is so close to the Rhine and the central bridge it would be pretty easy to commute to school!
